Diane M., OH

I was a diagnosed in Dec. 2014 after getting X-rays for a sore shoulder. Thought I was dealing with a shoulder issue since I have played and coached volleyball.

The X-ray picked up a mass and I continued with test to find out it was non-small cell lung cancer. It was quite a shock. I started with chemo medication which I was able to use about 22 months. Then I went on Tagrisso and two different chemo pills. Then they found it had spread to my brain so I had to have full brain radiation. So I continue with scans every six-eight weeks.
