Live Better with COPD

Since November 2024, more than 600 individuals enrolled in the Lung Health Navigator program and gained the support, knowledge, and confidence to live better with COPD. Our Navigators are here to help you do the same.

After working with a Navigator:

  • Individuals reported improvement in symptoms, particularly chest tightness, breathlessness, and limitations in daily activities.
  • 99% gained knowledge and skills to better manage their COPD.
  • 91% learned about preventing and treating COPD exacerbations (flare-ups).
  • 92% said the program enhanced their quality of life.
