Working for Systems and Policy Change

Statewide Policy

The Lung Mind Alliance is a group of leaders and advocates in mental health, substance use, public health, and tobacco control who have come together around the goal of reducing disparities related to the impact of commercial tobacco in people with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

This would include fully integrating tobacco/nicotine treatment into all mental health and substance use treatment programs, and that these programs provide commercial tobacco/nicotine free environments.

We invite you to join us in this statewide movement.

If you want to join this work or have questions about the Lung Mind Alliance, contact Reba at 701-354-9719 or Reba.MathernJacobson@Lung.org
