Ashley J., IN

At 24-years-old, I was recently diagnosed with asthma. After years of living with healthy air in a smaller town, I moved to a larger city and experienced much poorer air quality than I was used to. Living with asthma has required me to limit time spent outside, shorten workouts, and use an inhaler up to four times a day.

While not deadly, asthma is a huge pain to deal with. I have to see a doctor often and think about how to regulate my breathing. Cleaner air would mean healthier lungs and less disease for all!
