Diana R., TN

I had never notice how bad the air quality was in East Tennessee until returning from a beach trip to Myrtle Beach. My husband and I were hit like a baseball with allergies as soon as we entered the mountains near our home.

I have COPD and have had to be on antibiotics, oxygen, breathing treatments, inhalers and often have to stay indoors. This is the worst place for allergies that most people have ever seen.

I just hope my story will help generate awareness for those with serious lung problems. If I don't get relief soon, my only choice will be to move out of the state. I can't live like this. That is why I would advise anyone with breathing problems not to move to East Tennessee.
